As most of you know, we have made a HUGE addition to the staff this year by adding Amy Schille as the Assistant Director of Youth Ministry, as well as the Director of the Youth Band. Amy's talent and experience in youth ministry, music, and retreats are already proving to be an amazing asset for our growing program. In music, Amy is quite talented. She is working on building the youth band for the 7pm Sunday masses, as well as writing some fresh mass music to go along with the new translation of the missal.Amy is also taking charge of the Middle School youth group, the WALK. She has worked as a youth minister in the past, both in official and volunteer capacities, and has incredible experience and ideas for making religious education interactive, fun, and spiritually deep.
Our youth group numbers have grown to almost double what they were last year, and there is absolutely no way we could do it without her dedication and ability to go above and beyond!
